Where is the store based?

Do you accept orders placed outside Spain/EU?
Not for now, but I will ship worldwide in the near future as soon as I can, please be patient and sorry for the inconvenience! 🙏
How long will it take to receive my order?
When your order is shipped, it may take 2 to 10 business days to arrive in Spain, and around 2 to 3 weeks for Europe. Due the COVID situation, there still could be delays, please keep this in mind.
Does shipping always include tracking number?
No, if you choose the standard shipping option, it won't include a tracking number. You have to choose the tracked shipping option.
Could I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order is not already shipped. Please, contact me as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll change it, but if you realize the address is wrong once I ship the package, unfortunately there will be nothing I can do.
Could you cancel my order?
I'm sorry but I don't accept cancelations. Please, take that in mind before ordering.
What is a Preorder item?
Preorder items are items that have not been made yet. If your order contains a preorder item, it may take a bit longer to be shipped.

My order hasnt' arrive yet, where is it?
Please, keep in mind that I will be preparing orders as soon as I can, so your order may not be shipped yet. After shipping, it sometimes takes more time to deliver depending on countries, be patient!
My order has arrived damaged, what can I do?
I pack every order with a lot of care and love, and always try to place warnings on the outside to prevent it from being bent, but unfortunately, this sometimes can happen.
Sadly this is something out of my hand, so I could not offer any return or refund. My advice, it's extremely important that if you receive your packet from the delivery man, you check it carefully, and if you notice any damage, tell them and make a complaint. This is the only way that you can claim from shipping damages to the shipping company.
My order is lost, is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately I can't control what happens to your package once I leave it in my postal company. If you choose the standard shipping, there always be a risk that the company lost your package and there is nothing we can do, that's why I always recommend to choose the tracked shipping so you can check where your package is.
