Refund Policy

All& orders are final once they are already shipped. I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake on my part such as a wrong product, a wrong order, etc.

Damages packages

I'm not responsible for any damage that the item might suffer during shipping. All orders are packed with so much care, but unfortunately, I have no power over how the postal services treat the packages.

If you receive your order damage, the only thing you can so is notice it to the delivery man in the moment they give it to you and make a complaint, so you can claim to the shipping company.


Exchanges will only be available before I ship your order. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will not accept any exchange once your order has already been shipped. As a client, you must ensure that your purchase is as final as possible to guarantee a swift shipment and handling of your order.

Missing / Wrong items

In case you receive an incorrect order due to an error from me, please contact me as soon as possible so I can ensure you receive the correct item. I will reship you the missing items at no cost.

You won't have to return the wrong item and feel free to keep it if you wish.
